Radford Mill, Nottingham, UK

ESLhave been awarded the design, supply and installation of wall cladding to additional storey heights of the existing Radford Mill building in Nottingham.

Radford Mill was built at the turn of last century and at one stage was used to make Spitfire engines. This large block has remained substantially unoccupied for many years. Mabec’s intention is to retain the mill as a centre piece to a residential “village” on this 1.5 acre acre site.

ESL are utilising A1 fire rated mineral wool cored architectural composite panels for the scheme in full compliance with latest government guidance for residential facilities above 18m in height. The wall cladding systems are fully designed by our in-house design department.
