ESL Returns to Liverpool

ESL have commenced works on the historic Lewis’s Building in Liverpool city centre for Merepark Construction. The project consists of external facade works to the cut through and sunken garden being formed in the existing structure which will form the main entrance into the £ 160 Million pound Central Village Development. Works are due for completion early 2013. Following a 5 year break away from the city centre this prestigious scheme adds to ESL portfolio of many years successful works in the city centre. Previous projects have included Hatton Garden, East Village, Albany Building, Marybone, Atlantic Point, Grand Central, Oldham Street Apartments and Mount Pleasant Apartments.
